I've had the Mankan for many years. Due to certain issues, my weight went up and I reached a bit over 73 kg. Over the past five months, I've lost 13 kg. However, starting on December 23rd, my birthday, I decided to begin counting calories. Today, when I weighed myself, I had reached 60 kg.
- What was your initial calorie intake, and what is it now?
Mankan recommended 1700 calories for me, but by setting a goal, I consume 1000 calories daily, reducing my intake by 700 calories. From those 1000 calories, I burn about 400 calories with one hour of walking and half an hour of stretching exercises or stationary biking each day. I'm delighted with my progress and have completely adapted to living with Mankan. Counting calories has become a habit for me.
